Fresatrice
Un centro di lavoro che in un piccolo spazio permette di eseguire tutte le operazioni necessarie a un laboratorio di piccole e medie dimensioni.
La macchina ha una struttura monoblocco, in acciaio, con trattamento di zincatura a caldo; il suo posizionamento non ha necessità di opere murarie.
Tutti gli assi di questa fresatrice scorrono su guide lineari con pattini a ricircolo di sfere, azionati da un sistema di precisione pignone e cremagliera per gli assi X e Y, mentre per l’asse Z con vite a sfere e chiocciola pre-caricata.
Il motore, raffreddato ad aria, ha un attacco utensile 1⁄2” gas con passaggio interno di acqua di raffreddamento.
Il tavolo di lavoro, in pannelli di legno, ha una struttura in acciaio elettrosaldato e una portata fino a 900 kg; può inclinarsi fino a 85° grazie a un sistema oleodinamico a doppio pistone.
Le protezioni frontali della macchina rispettano le normative europee in vigore.
Su tutte le parti in movimento della macchina è installato un sistema di lubrificazione automatico.
Digitale 5 è una fresatrice in grado di lavorare diversi materiali: pietra naturale, quarzo, ceramica, vetro e materie plastiche.

Milling machine
A cnc working center that in a small space allows to perform all the operations necessary for a small and medium-sized laboratory.
The machine has a monobloc structure, in steel, with hot galvanizing treatment; its positioning does not require building works.
All the axes of this milling machine run on linear guides with recirculating ball bearings, driven by a precision rack and pinion system for the X and Y axes, while for the Z axis with ball screw and pre-loaded nut.
The air-cooled motor has a 1⁄2 ”gas tool connection with internal passage of cooling water.
The working table, made of wood panels, has an electro-welded steel structure and a capacity of up to 900 kg; it can tilt up to 85 ° thanks to a double piston hydraulic system.
The front guards of the machine comply with the European regulations in force.
An automatic lubrication system is installed on all moving parts of the machine.

Fräsmaschine
Ein Bearbeitungszentrum, das in einem kleinen Raum die alle Bearbeitungen ermöglicht, die in kleinen und mittleren Betrieben erforderlich sind.
Die Maschine hat eine Monoblock-Bauweise aus Stahl mit Feuerverzinkung. Für das Aufstellen der Maschine sind keine Bauarbeiten erforderlich.
Alle Achsen der Fräsmaschine laufen auf Linearführungen mit Kugelumlaufschuhen. Der Antrieb der X-Achse und der Y-Achse erfolgt über ein Präzisionssystem mit Ritzel und Zahlstange, die Z-Achse wird von einem vorgespannten Kugelgewindetrieb angetrieben.
Der luftgekühlte Motor hat ein 1/2″ Werkzeugaufnahme mit interner Kühlwasserdurchführung.
Der Arbeitstisch aus Holzplatten hat einen Rahmen aus elektrogeschweißten Stahlprofilen und eine Tragfähigkeit bis 90 kg. Der Tisch kann mit einer Hydraulikanlage mit doppeltem Kolben um 85° gekippt werden.
Die trennenden Schutzeinrichtungen an der Vorderseite der Maschine entsprechen den geltenden europäischen Bestimmungen.
An allen beweglichen Maschinenteilen ist eine automatische Schmieranlage installiert.

Mit dem Ebenheitstaster Planprobe wird automatisch die Plattendicke gespeichert. Diese Funktion erlaubt einen präzisen Schnitt, insbesondere bei 45° Schnitten
Radiusprobe
Dieser Werkzeugtaster misst den Durchmesser der Trennscheibe oder die Länge des Werkzeugs

Die Optimierung des Schneidens bedeutet, dass der Materialverschnitt auf ein Minimum reduziert wird und deshalb in der Schneidephase kein manuelles Eingreifen mehr erforderlich ist
