L’alta velocità del movimento degli assi è assicurata da una motorizzazione brushless abbinata a viti a ricircolo di sfere, mentre lo scorrimento su guide lineari con pattini a sfere, la protezione delle parti in movimento con soffi etti in pvc ed un sistema di lubrificazione ad olio centralizzato, garantiscono qualità e precisione nel tempo.

La tecnologia a ponte mobile rende Mill4x una macchina modulare, in quanto l’applicazione supplementare del sistema di tornitura o l’allungamento del piano di lavoro può essere effettuata in qualsiasi momento, secondo le effettive esigenze del cliente.
I controlli numerici utilizzati sono delle principali case mondiali, lo sviluppo del software (CAD/CAM) e la personalizzazione delle funzioni macchina viene effettuata da uno staff OMAG che ha anche il compito di assicurare un servizio di formazione e di assistenza pre e post vendita.
